Associate Designer

As an Associate Designer, you’ll be a key part of our design team, working alongside the Creative Director and Lead Designer to bring landscapes to life. From mood boards to plant palettes, you’ll help shape concepts into stunning spaces. You might collaborate directly with clients, pitch in on project prep, and keep the creative flow moving. Think of yourself as design support with style—ready to grow, sketch, and dig in (literally or figuratively).

Crew Lead

As our Crew Lead, you’ll be the boots on the ground—overseeing installations and maintenance with an eye for detail and a knack for keeping things running smoothly. You’ll keep the crew organized, ensure tasks are completed efficiently, and be the go-to person for clients on-site. You'll also make sure safety protocols are followed and quality stays top-notch. Reporting to the Foreman (installs) or Operations Manager (maintenance), you’re the calm in the chaos—and the leader who gets things done!

Lead Designer/ Project Manager

As our Lead Designer & Project Manager, you’ll bring soul, structure, and style to every project — guiding clients through planting palettes and materials, estimating jobs, and preparing our team to bring designs to life. From interiors to full-scale landscapes, you’ll collaborate with our Principal and field crew to shape spaces that feel intentional, grounded, and beautiful. If you’re confident with plant palettes, know your way around a work order, and love seeing things through from concept to completion, we’d love to hear from you.

Lead Gardener

You have excellent organizational skills and have experience with plants, nurseries and landscapers. You're the Lead who the team reports to out in the field. You're great with people and can delegate tasks. Must be comfortable giving criticism and praise. You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

Gardener/ Interior Plant Technician

You’ll work hands-on with plants in a variety of settings — from sunny garden beds to beautifully styled interiors. Whether you're supporting our landscape team on installations or maintaining indoor plant collections for clients, your care and attention will help bring spaces to life.

This is a flexible, field-based role that blends outdoor gardening with interiorscape care. Experience with planting, pruning, and plant maintenance is a plus, but we’re happy to train someone motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with us.

Intern

You’re just getting a start, have a positive attitude and are interested in pursuing a career in the gardening and landscape industry. We’ll mentor you and let you float around our different teams as a general assistant as you learn the craft. You’ll have fun along the way.
