How We Work
Here are the steps we take with customers for either garden installations or garden maintenance.
We value clear and consistent communication with our customers, starting with the initial consultation and continuing through each and every project.
We maintain residential and commercial gardens and green spaces throughout the Bay Area including San Francisco, East Bay, Marin County, North Bay, South Bay, and the Peninsula.
Our service hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm PST.
Garden and Landscape Design and Installation
Start with a 15-minute free phone consultation. You can click here, or email us and we’ll send you a link to our Calendly app where you can schedule a time.
2. One of our garden designers will arrange a site visit of your current or proposed garden.
3. Afterwards, we’ll develop and share with you a project proposal including vision, design, action steps, and estimated cost.
4. Following your approval and submission of a deposit, our designer will create the comprehensive plan for your project.
5. Our team will start pulling it all together. This could include additional site visits to arrange irrigation, curating plants, materials, and other elements, and scheduling the installation.
6. We’ll install your dream garden.
7. We’ll make a final visit to fine-tune the details.
Garden Maintenance

2. One of our garden experts will arrange a site visit of your current garden.
3. Next, we’ll develop and share with you a proposal for the project that could include a full-day clean-up, new curated plantings, and a plan for ongoing regular maintenance (if desired).
4. Following your approval, we’ll schedule the initial visit.
5. We’ll preserve or revitalize the beauty and health of your garden and make further visits (if desired).
6. We’ll check in with you to ensure your satisfaction.
